  My school taught me i should drink 7 litres(liquid refreshment/or food) of water per day. But are we having it? If we drink 7 litres, it is leading to water intoxication now.   Do you know why doctors recommend soft slippers and shoes?   Many Indians suffer from joint pain which is caused due to stiffness, loss of flexibility. Basic things like walking, standing up from the bed become hard painful challenging tasks. we walk barefoot on hard surfaces like marble, granite, and tiles. This is because the human foot is not designed to walk on a smooth perfectly polished flat surface. When you walk, you need some amount of friction to generate enough force to take the next step that is non-existent. It is so hard every time you walk, your bones are impacted slightly because it's very smoothly polished.  This is very slight stress and strain on our bones. when you add over the days, years, and decades contributing to osteoarthritis.  The funny thing is we spend lakhs and lakhs on expensive flooring which is actually causing us harm.    Mom. We all love our mom; the first thing we do when we reach our home is in search of our mom’s face. If she is not at home, we keep shouting her name, going everywhere and finding her. We only relax after we see her face and talk to her. I don't know how you have a relationship with your mother. My mother is so friendly to me.
