Understanding Women!

Have you recognized why women's yes means no, no means yes, yes means yes and no means no?

Over time, our bodies undergo some changes, we get bigger, experience adolescence, sexual maturity and so on. All these changes are influenced by the endocrine systems presented in our bodies, which consist of glands, hormones and many cell receptors. Every gland that produces hormones is surrounded by the blood vessels from which they extract components to produce hormones. Those hormones are then circulated all over the body through the bloodstream and find their target to bring specific changes, such as facial hair, wider hips, adolescence etc.

There are two major hormones in the human body. Testosterone and Estrogen. Both men and women are said to have testosterone and estrogen but men majorly have testosterone and women majorly have estrogen. Both hormones are said to influence our personality based on the level of estrogen and testosterone.

Stated that testosterone character traits are strong, focused, purpose-driven, loves the challenges in competition, single task-oriented, problem solver, makes big things smaller, wants to be needed and respected and needs admiration and appreciation. Whereas estrogen character traits are free, open, wild, destructive, emotion-driven, seeks and gives love, nurture, multi-tasker, wants to gather, talk, vent, makes small things bigger, wants trust connection and praise and needs reassurance and attention.

Even though some of our characteristics are socially constructed, we tend to vary due to the level of masculine and feminine energy in our bodies.

Hormone changes in women:

Every 28 days cycle in women, hormones namely estrogen, testosterone and progesterone will increase and decline in a certain way. The change in hormones tends to impact high and low moods. PMS is when all the hormones fall and women tend to have a very low mood. There is always a spike in hormones throughout the cycles. Where men have a flat line.

Women always fight with themselves without their knowledge due to hormonal changes in them. Instead of blaming them for who they are and putting them in distress, can we just try to *understand* women? Rather than fighting for feminism and masculism, can we be aware and conscious of both masculinity and femininity within us?

Spread love ❤️ :)

Do you love your mom?

Mom. We all love our mom; the first thing we do when we reach our home is in search of our mom’s face. If she is not at home, we keep shouting her name, going everywhere and finding her. We only relax after we see her face and talk to her. I don't know how you have a relationship with your mother. My mother is so friendly to me. Whenever I see her standing, I always run to her and hug her, lift her and go around whenever I am happy, even if she runs away from it. We even had deep conversations where I started to understand more about her. One day I forcefully sat on her, holding all her hands and putting pink lipstick on her lips. And I took a picture with her. She looked too young, and I started to admire her. Wow, ma, you look so great. She was looking into the mirror, and she felt so happy. She always tells me before getting married, she used to wear an ugly dress purposely because she thought being beautiful will create a problem. She has four sisters and two brothers w...

The Value Of Quality Relationship Over Quantity!

For many, happiness is tied to being social. From the moment a child is born, they receive attention and care, becoming the center of attraction wherever they go. As children grow, they continue to seek attention from their parents and caregivers. This need for attention doesn’t disappear with age. Without realizing it, we seek attention and love from others in various ways. As we grow older, we continue to crave recognition and validation from those around us. Like a child crying to get what they want, adults also display negative emotions—anger, sadness, frustration, helplessness, loneliness, or hatred—to gain attention. Whether it’s from friends, family, colleagues, or even strangers, this need for attention and love drives many of our interactions. Our inner child constantly craves love and attention from loved ones, and we feel lonely when we don’t receive it. At some point, we all lose ourselves, become very sensitive and become emotionally immature. We show all our weaknesses an...
